Metal Fabrication
From raw sheet to finished assembly — welding, forming, finishing, and hardware installation under one roof.
Overview
End-to-End Metal Fabrication
Metal fabrication is the process of building structures and machines from raw metal stock through cutting, bending, welding, and assembly. At OrangeSea CNC, we integrate our laser cutting, waterjet, and press brake capabilities with welding and finishing to deliver complete fabricated assemblies.
Unlike job shops that outsource finishing and assembly, our integrated facility means less handling, tighter tolerances across the full build, and a single point of contact for your project from drawing to door.
Whether you need a single prototype welded assembly or a 500-piece production run of powder-coated enclosures, our AWS-certified welders and CNC press brakes produce consistent, traceable results every time.
