5-Axis Simultaneous Machining

Complex geometry — turbine brackets, actuator housings, structural ribs — machined in a single setup to eliminate re-fixturing error and maintain datum integrity throughout the cut.

±0.001 mm Achievable Tolerance

Our latest Fanuc 5-axis centres hold tolerances tighter than a human hair. Every critical dimension is verified on our ZEISS CMM with full measurement reports supplied with every order.

Full Material Traceability

Material certs (Mill Test Reports), heat-lot traceability, and first-article inspection reports provided as standard on aerospace orders. No grey-market stock — only certified billet.

Titanium & Inconel Experience

We machine grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) and Inconel 718 daily. Correct speeds, feeds, and coolant strategy are built into every programme — no trial-and-error on your job.

24-Hour Production Capability

Time-critical AOG (aircraft on ground) or urgent defence contracts are handled on our priority production line with round-the-clock shifts and dedicated project management.

Comprehensive Finishing

Hard anodising, passivation, chromate conversion coating, bead blasting, and precision grinding all available in-house or through audited local partners — delivered as a finished assembly.
