Exotic Alloy Machining
Inconel 718/625, Hastelloy C276, super duplex 2507, and titanium Gr5 are daily materials in our facility. We have proven programmes, correct tooling, and experienced machinists — not a learning curve on your job.
High-Pressure Sealing Faces
Valve seats, metal-to-metal sealing faces, and pressure port interfaces ground and lapped to flatness within 1 µm where required. Hydraulic pressure-test reports supplied with critical components.
Downhole Tool Components
Connection threads (API and proprietary), flow control mandrels, and centraliser parts machined to the dimensional and material standards that downhole service life requires.
Renewable Energy Parts
Wind turbine pitch-control components, solar tracker drive parts, and tidal turbine hardware — we support the full energy transition spectrum, not just oil and gas.
Long-Form Shaft Turning
Shafts up to 1,200 mm between centres turned on our large-format lathes. Turbine stub shafts, pump drive spindles, and generator coupling shafts with keyways and precision ground journals.
Third-Party Inspection Support
We welcome third-party inspection (TPI) at any stage. DNV, Bureau Veritas, SGS, and customer QC representatives can witness machining, dimensional inspection, and pressure testing on-site.
